Spangled Berry Blast

1 box fudge brownie mix
1 pack of 4-3.5 oz. vanilla pudding packs
2 cups raspberries
2 cups blueberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream whipped topping, thawed
6 packets of aspartame artificial sweetener or ¼ cup sugar
Prepare fudge brownies as directed on box; cool completely. In a bowl, mix all of the berries with sweetener or sugar and vanilla.
In a large glass pedestal bowl, line the bottom with one layer of brownies. Next, add a layer of pudding, then a layer berries; repeat. For the final layer, add the brownies, whipped topping and the remaining berries. For the final touch, put a tablespoon of whipped topping and one berry on the top.

Burger Blast
1 lb. ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 large tomato, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
4 slices of Colby Jack cheese
4 large slices of lettuce
4 buns
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
In a bowl, mix hamburger, onion and garlic salt. Shape hamburger into 4-5 patties. Place on the grill for approximately 3-5 minutes per side or until cooked. Turn off grill, place one slice of cheese on each patty, close lid. Remove when cheese is melted.
Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on buns. Place hamburger on the flat side of bun, top with lettuce, tomato and avocado. Serves 4.
Serve with grilled corn-on-the-cob, your favorite baked beans, watermelon and your favorite chips.
